Gentleman Auction House CD Release Show

July 5, 2008

As long-time readers know, one of my favorite bands is a St. Louis group called Gentleman Auction House. I first saw them nearly two and a half years ago, opening for Drums and Tuba at Off Broadway and have been hooked since. Well, after releasing two EPs, they will be releasing their full-length debut, Alphabet Graveyard, this month. The album was recorded at Silver Sonya Studios in Washington, D.C. last October and they will be celebrating the release with a show TONIGHT at the Bluebird, with Jumbling Towers, The Hibernauts, and Colourmusic. GAH has been keeping a tour blog here on their own and here as a part of the RFT’s A to Z blog. The RFT also has a nice feature on the band here.

Jumbling Towers also recently released an EP, called Classy Entertainment, which you can download for free here.
